I created this as a challenge go and visit the Southern Belles blog and give our challenge a go it will be on a monthly basis its not hard and it doesn’t have to be all Stampin Up but at least some
Another door opens
I created these cards on Friday for a sample of cards for a demo at Charlotte’s Web I just got them finished as I raced out the door to Demo the make and take tag on the Magnolia stamps as Charlotte will be placing an order for them very soon as she has started an order list on them so it want be long and Tilda will be at the Web
anyway as I am creating these cards, I was making do with scrap paper and some old Folk art patterns that I have completely forgotten about the cherry Tilda was made with my new found treasure the Aqua Brush and of course all of Stampin up Inks every thing is painted with Ink how fantastic is that. Hence now I am placing an order very soon for our Water colour crayons and whats good about that is they came in there own colour groups so the first one will be the Soft Subtles
so for me I am thinking of getting all my folk art books out and see what I can re-create with these patterns I love it when ideas fall in my lap all because I did not have the tool I needed at the time. Question is do I need that stamp that I wanted originally?.
Mojo 101
amazing I checked this blog before I went to bed last night and there was only a few cards created now there have been about 50 look how many cards you could be making while you are sleeping its a shame we have to sleep, when all you do is want to play, trouble is I cant survive on that alone. well here is my attempt of challenge 101
not one of my best photos does not show the bling
A quickie
A quick one I made at the beginning of the month this was a birthday card given too a special friend it has a parchment lace border I also gave her a matching pendant that I made as well
the border I used Bella’s border wheel from Stampin up and Flower Fancy on Parchment
Lots of photos
Okay was very pleased with the end result hence I took lots of pictures of my two matching off the pages and the card. A couple of days before the show Charlotte gave me two lace motifs and said “these are for you to make something with”, so 4 days later I showed her a rough idea as to what I was thinking and she was happy with the concept and that was without the hatpin and broach cushion and card. Don’t know if we could do a class on it, all up it took me about 3 days to put together as there was a lot of prep to do before assembling it
This is the hat pin and broach cushion
and the matching card don’t know if I will be able to get this one in a envelope
I am thinking that Charlotte will be happy too with the end result.Looking forward to giving this to her tomorrow

Very excited
What can I say except a big Thankyou
whooooo I won
Iam very excited and looking forward to the next challenger’s I think I like this challenge stuff, it does get you thinking and I like seeing what other lovely cards that every one else comes up with
congratulations to Hilda , Linda and Sue as well go and check out Magnolia Down under blog there are some lovely cards there
Thank you
I would just like to say a big thank you to all the comments I get on my cards. Although there are some great cards out there created by a lot of very talented ladies that helps keep you grounded as well as giving each other inspiration I have started to play with colour combos a lot more now .
I have been asked what do I use to colour my Tildas with, well it is a combination of the Stampin Up markers and there Blender pens since joining Stampin Up these two products have opened a new door of techniques for me I have had my blender pens for a year now and they almost get used every day I am close to replacing them, they have down me well have used them at workshops as well, they are very good with your water colour pencils and crayons.
Have I convinced you its a must have?
Magnolia Winter Challenge
Well this certainly was a challenge for me firstly I don’t have any Tildas that are all rugged up and looking cold so I thought on it for a couple of days and my first attempt got binned, hence I came up with this I stamped some scrolls to look like wind swirling around her with small snowflakes descending I know that the apricot colour is not to wintry but down here in Sth Aus our winters are fairly mild compared to others, that’s my excuse any way.

A change of mind
